School-Based Behavioral Care
Our specially trained therapists and counselors are able to provide services on location at your school facility. We are able to provide evidence-based practices with a thoughtful service delivery model. Our therapists and counselors can be contracted for:
• Mental health screening
• Support group services
• After-school program services
• Crisis Intervention services
• Education advocacy intervention
• Family Team Meeting facilitation
• Other evidenced-based services as
needed
The Grace C Mae Advocate Center has partnered with Gleason
& Associates, Inc. in the development of a sound model of practice to
deliver a system of care for behavioral and mental health services that are
comprehensive, community and school based, and includes critical elements to a
successful transformation of the student body. Contact us directly to learn

on-going support and consultation during the implementation and evaluation
phases.
